What I help California adults with

I keep my practice focused on a handful of areas where telehealth works especially well and where a specialist makes a real difference. If you are in California and any of these fit, it is worth a conversation.

How therapy in California works

I am licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, so I can work with adults anywhere in the state via telehealth. Sessions are held online, which makes it just as workable from a San Francisco apartment, a Los Angeles office, or a smaller town hours from the nearest specialist, the same care, without the drive or the waitlist.

Most people begin with a free 15-minute consultation: a relaxed way to describe what is going on, ask whatever you want to ask, and see whether this feels like the right fit before you commit.

I am in-network with Aetna, Carelon, Cigna and Evernorth, Optum, UMR, and UnitedHealthcare, and I also offer self-pay and out-of-network superbills. Self-pay sessions are $195, but I do offer sliding scale options for financial need.

A note on scope: workers' compensation counseling is offered in Colorado only, not California. Everything else on this page is available to California clients.

Who this is a good fit for

  • Adults 25 and older living in California
  • People whose panic, anxiety, or trauma is interfering with work, driving, relationships, or day-to-day life
  • Those who prefer an active, structured approach with clear goals over open-ended talk alone
  • Anyone who wants EMDR with an EMDRIA Certified therapist, delivered by telehealth
