How therapy in Colorado works
I am licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado, so I can work with adults anywhere in the state via telehealth. Sessions are held online, which means Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and smaller Colorado communities all have the same access: no commute, no waiting room, and easier scheduling around work.
Most people start with a free 15-minute consultation. It is a low-pressure way to describe what you are dealing with, ask questions, and find out whether this is the right fit before committing to anything.
I am in-network with Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, Carelon, Cigna and Evernorth, Optum, UMR, and UnitedHealthcare, and I also offer self-pay and out-of-network superbills. Self-pay sessions are $175, but I do offer sliding scale options for financial need.
